Our team has always had your safety and wellbeing as our priority. Please be assured that we are experienced in keeping our practice spotlessly clean and our decontamination processes have been in place for years. Due to Covid-19 we have put extra cleaning measures in place. We have invested in new computer systems, and door entry systems so your journey is now paper and touch free.
Our team are regularly tested for covid-19 and follow strict protocols to keep everyone safe.
Here are some instructions for what will happen when you attend the practice.
We will send all documentation via the portal, this will include updating your personal details, medical history and covid-19 status and history.
You may be asked for payment over the telephone beforehand.
Please be aware our toilet facilities are not open to patients, so make sure you have been before attending the practice.
Please attend your appointment alone if possible.
Limit the possessions you bring with you.
Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Press the entry buzzer to let the reception team know you have arrived.
You may need to wait outside the practice until the time of your appointment to allow for extra decontamination to be completed.
Our team will ask you some questions, we may have asked you the same questions already, but this is for the safety of yourself, our staff, and other patients.

We would ask that payment be made by card
All surgeries are cleaned and disinfected between patients
Our team will be ready to great you, wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE)
After your appointment you will be asked to sanitise your hands and be escorted to reception where payment can be made along with any further appointments if needed. Please be assured that our Card machines are thoroughly clean after each use.
We will ask you again to sanitise your hands before we say goodbye.
